SolidMetric provides precision CNC laser cutting and custom flat-pattern metal component manufacturing for industrial, commercial, automotive, fabrication, machinery, and equipment-related applications. Parts are cut from customer-supplied DXF, DWG, or PDF files.
We supply laser-cut parts, machinery components, electrical panel parts, mounting brackets, reinforcement plates, tabs, gussets, exhaust components, and custom flat-pattern components. Every job is reviewed before quoting to confirm manufacturability.
Typical tolerances range from ±0.1 mm to ±0.2 mm depending on material, thickness, and geometry. Primary material: mild steel (0.5–19.05 mm). Stainless steel (0.5–12 mm) and aluminum (0.5–8 mm) projects are reviewed individually depending on scope, quantity, and material requirements.
We provide CNC laser cutting services across Ontario, including the Greater Toronto Area. Local delivery is available within the GTA, with extended delivery options across Ontario depending on order size.
