Precision Laser Cutting. Custom Metal Components.

SolidMetric provides precision CNC laser cutting and custom flat-pattern metal component manufacturing for industrial, commercial, automotive, machinery, equipment, repair, maintenance, and fabrication applications across Ontario.

Custom Metal Manufacturing & Fabrication

SolidMetric provides custom metal manufacturing and fabrication for businesses, fabricators, and individuals who need parts made from drawings, CAD files, sketches, or reference geometry.

A large part of our work starts with precision flat-pattern metal components produced from mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Projects can range from one-off parts and prototypes to small-batch and repeat production.

When a project requires more than a flat-cut part, we can also provide secondary manufacturing including CNC bending and forming, machining, welding, assembly, deburring, surface finishing, and powder coating.

We work with customer-supplied DXF, DWG, STEP, PDF, technical drawings, dimensional sketches, and reference parts. CAD and file preparation is also available when a design needs to be created, cleaned up, converted, or prepared for manufacturing.

Each project is reviewed based on material, thickness, geometry, tolerances, quantity, and any secondary operations required. The process is straightforward: understand what needs to be made, determine the appropriate manufacturing process, and deliver parts that meet the project requirements.

Materials & Capabilities

Mild Steel

Primary material focus. 0.5–19.05 mm depending on part geometry, cut quality requirements, and project specifications.

Stainless Steel

0.5–12 mm. Projects reviewed individually depending on grade, geometry, thickness, quantity, and project requirements.

Aluminum

0.5–8 mm. Projects reviewed individually depending on grade, geometry, thickness, quantity, and project requirements.

Secondary Operations

CNC bending and forming, machining, welding, powder coating, surface finishing, and assembly. Manufacturing operations may be completed directly or through our manufacturing network depending on project requirements.

Operational Standards

Realistic Tolerances

Typical tolerance: ±0.1 mm to ±0.2 mm depending on material, thickness, and geometry.

Speed

Quotes within one business day; production scheduled to meet your timeline.

Quality Control

Parts are inspected before they leave our floor — no surprises on delivery.

Service Area & Delivery

CNC laser cutting services across Ontario, including the Greater Toronto Area — Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Durham Region, and surrounding areas. Delivery within the GTA and across Ontario depending on order size.

How It Works

01

Submit Your File

Submit your 2D or 3D CAD file, drawing, or reference file. We review the geometry, material, thickness, quantity, manufacturing operations, and project requirements before quoting.

02

Receive a Quote

You receive a firm quote based on material, thickness, quantity, and the required manufacturing operations.

03

Cut & Deliver

Parts are cut, inspected, and delivered within the GTA or across Ontario.
