SolidMetric Social Publisher — Data Deletion
SolidMetric Social Publisher is an internal tool used to manage authorized SolidMetric social-media accounts.
Removing Connection Data
Meta connection data can be removed by an authorized SolidMetric administrator through the Social Connections section of the SolidMetric administration area.
When a Meta connection is removed, locally stored authorization and connection data associated with that connection is deleted.
What Is Removed
When a Meta social connection is disconnected, the following locally stored data is permanently removed from SolidMetric:
- Encrypted Meta user access token
- Encrypted Facebook Page access token
- Facebook Page identifier and page name
- Linked Instagram professional account identifier
- Token expiry metadata
- OAuth connection timestamps (connected date, last updated)
- Connection status and any stored error metadata
SolidMetric project records, project media, quote submissions, catalog products, public social profile URLs, and any content already published externally on Facebook or Instagram are not affected by disconnecting a Meta social connection.
